Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Lindon, Utah.

Where can I buy your products?

Currently, our products are only available on Amazon.

Could I pick up products directly at your location?

We do not currently have a pick-up option at our Utah office.

Do you have international shipping?

We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and any frustration this may cause.

What type of gelatin are your capsules made with?

Our capsules are made with bovine-based gelatin.

Are your capsules vegan?

Our gelatin capsules are made of bovine gelatin and are not vegan.

Are your products organic?

Many of our products are not USDA-certified organic, nor do we advertise them to be. However, we source organic whenever possible and are always looking to expand our organic selection. We source our products with care to ensure you the highest quality ingredients.

Do you offer wholesale for your Pure Supplements Co products?

We do offer wholesale pricing. Please reach out to customerservice@axiosupply.com for more information. Our team can answer any questions and set up your wholesale account.

My bottle arrived unsealed; what can I do?

All Pure Capsules have a foam pressure-seal under the lid. On rare occasions, the pressure-seal does not bond properly, and the bottle unseals. If this occurs, rest assured that the capsules are safe for use.

Additionally, we enclose our bottles in a sealed bag before sending them to Amazon. We do this to protect our products from potential contaminants and tampering.

If you are uncomfortable using bottles that are not firmly sealed, or if the seal is missing entirely, please contact our customer service team. We would be happy to send a replacement bottle.

Why might some of my capsules look empty?

At Pure Supplements Co, we are true to our name and provide you with pure, single-ingredient products. PURE capsules do not include additives or fillers, unlike many of our competitors.

With undiluted supplements and varying serving sizes, some of our capsules may appear less filled than others.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team. We are happy to resolve any issues with capsules.

Where is the lot number of my product?

The lot number is the 5-digit number found near the barcode

From where do you source your products?

We source from select domestic and international suppliers.
