Cooking Instructions: Rinse and drain before cooking. Add 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to medium low heat, and let simmer for 15 to 20 mins, or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 mins, then uncover and fluff with a fork.
